Brazilian therapists · Talbot Street
Warm oil, continuous rhythm and full body coverage — the massage style you would find at home in Brazil, given by Brazilian therapists in the middle of Dublin.
The Treatment
The difference is rhythm and continuity. Where some styles work one small area at a time and pause between them, Brazilian massage keeps moving — long, generous, connected strokes with plenty of warm oil, flowing from the shoulders down the back, out along the arms, through the legs, without the session ever feeling like it stops and restarts.
Pressure sits in the medium range: considerably firmer than a light relaxation massage, but nowhere near the stop-and-hold intensity of deep tissue. The therapist uses full palms and forearms rather than digging in with thumbs, so the feeling is broad and enveloping instead of sharp and pinpointed.
It also covers more ground. Brazilian massage is unapologetically a full body treatment — including the legs, feet and arms, which plenty of massages skip in favour of just doing the back.
Same therapists, three different styles.
Continuous rhythm, full body coverage, generous oil.
One problem area, slow sustained pressure.
Calming the nervous system, nothing worked hard.

Benefits
Because nothing gets skipped, you leave feeling evenly worked rather than with one loosened shoulder and the rest untouched.
A good middle ground for anyone who finds gentle massage pointless but deep tissue too much.
Long sweeping strokes with warm oil leave the skin warm and the whole body feeling lighter.
Calves, feet, forearms — areas most people never have massaged and are surprised to find were tight.
The unbroken rhythm is hypnotic. Many clients drift off in the second half despite the firmer pressure.
For Dublin's Brazilian community, a familiar style done properly — and our therapists speak Portuguese.
This is a comfort and relaxation treatment, not medical treatment. Let your therapist know before the session about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or health condition, and check with your doctor if you are unsure.
Your Visit
A Brazilian massage at 94 Talbot Street runs an hour. Here is the shape of it, start to finish.
Up to the 2nd floor, into a private room. Walk in any day 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, or call ahead if you want a specific therapist or time.
Pressure preference, any area to avoid, whether you would like the legs and feet included. Portuguese, English or Chinese — whichever is easier for you.
You undress to your comfort level in private and lie under a towel. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.
Warm oil applied generously, then continuous flowing strokes — typically back and shoulders first, then arms, then the full length of the legs, finishing with the feet.
The rhythm slows rather than stops abruptly. You are left a minute to come round before getting up. Hot shower available on request — worth it with oil.
Water, and go easy for the evening. Most people feel warm, loose and slightly sleepy for a couple of hours afterwards.
The full body Brazilian massage is €80 for the hour. Ladies can book the same hour at €80, or a shorter 30 minute session at €50.
