Head to toe · 94 Talbot Street
One hour, the whole body — back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. Our most booked treatment, and the one to choose when you cannot name a single problem area because everything feels tight.
The Treatment
A lot of places advertise a full body massage and then spend fifty of the sixty minutes on your back and shoulders. Ours means what it says: the therapist works the back, shoulders and neck, then the arms, then the legs, then the feet, with enough time on each that none of it feels rushed.
Pressure is yours to set. Our Chinese and Brazilian therapists can keep it light and flowing, take it into firmer territory, or spend extra time on one stubborn area while still covering the rest. Tell them at the start and adjust as you go.
This is the treatment to book when the honest answer to "where does it hurt?" is "everywhere, a bit". It is also the right first booking if you have never been to us before — an hour of full coverage tells you far more about what your body needs than any description on a website can.
Our signature treatment, listed at €110 for the hour or €80 for 30 minutes. Booked by clients who want the longest, most unhurried version of the full body session. Ask at reception or on the phone and we will explain exactly what is included before you commit.
The Order
The longest section — where most tension collects.
Careful, slower work up into the base of the skull.
Often skipped elsewhere, and often surprisingly tight.
Hamstrings, calves and thighs, front and back.
Finishing here is what makes people leave feeling grounded.
Any area can be left out — just say so. Nothing is uncovered except the part being worked on.
Benefits
Tension is rarely in one place. Working the whole body avoids the lopsided feeling of one loosened shoulder and everything else untouched.
Clients regularly discover the tight spot was a hip or a calf, not the shoulder they came in complaining about.
An unbroken hour of contact settles you far more deeply than a quick 30 minutes ever does.
Light, medium or firm — set it at the start and change your mind halfway through if you want.
Both are on the price list at €80 for the hour, with a 30 minute ladies option at €50.
Open 7 days until 10:00 PM, two minutes from Connolly Station — an after-work hour is genuinely doable.
Massage here is for relaxation and comfort, not medical treatment. Tell your therapist about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or health condition before you begin, and check with your doctor if you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you.
Your Visit
2nd floor, 94 Talbot Street. Walk in any day between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM, or call 087 460 6138 to book a time.
We confirm the treatment, the length and the price with you before starting, so there is never a surprise at the end. Ask anything you are unsure about here.
Tell the therapist light, medium or firm, plus anywhere to spend extra time or skip entirely.
Undress to your comfort level in private, lie down under a towel. You stay covered apart from the section being worked on.
Back and shoulders, neck, arms, legs, feet — with warm oil throughout. Speak up any time you want the pressure changed.
A gentle wind-down, a moment to get up slowly, and a hot shower on request. Water afterwards, and go easy for the rest of the day.
Durations & Prices
Payment: Cash and card accepted. Card payments carry a €3 processing fee added to the prices above. The price you see is the price you pay. Ladies massage is available as a full hour or a shorter 30 minute session.
Getting Here
City Massage Dublin is on the 2nd floor of 94 Talbot Street, Dublin 1 — right in the middle of Dublin city centre. If you arrive by train or DART into Connolly Station, walk out the front and straight down Talbot Street: you are at our door in about two minutes.
Coming by bus, Busáras is the same short walk away, and the Luas Red Line stops at Connolly and Abbey Street. If you work around the IFSC, O'Connell Street or Amiens Street, we are close enough for a 30 minute treatment on a lunch break.
That makes us easy to reach from anywhere in Dublin — and easy to fit in before a train home. We are open 7 days, 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, so late evening appointments after work are no problem.
